Fishing Report 18 September, 2014

Just the 1 trip offshore since the last report although we are at sea today.
Last weekend was cancelled due to Strong Easterly winds.
With the Northerlies now here the current has picked up some days but
it is not consistent yet.

Our recent catches have mainly been  Snappery Squire, Parrot,Pearl and Moses Perch .
Other species included Cobia,Trag Jew, and Hussar.

One of our favourite areas which we hadn't fished for 6 months was teaming with big
grinners and Catfish last week. You would land 1 Squire for every 5 Catfish, but we did
lighten the population of the dreadful species.

Next week I hope we have better news.
