Fishing Report October 8, 2015
/Since our last report we have just had 3 trips offshore but all in very good conditions. The weather during the week has been good over the last couple of months but week-ends are blown out and that will happen again this week. Whilst Victoria experiences dry times with no cold fronts crossing Bass Strait we will continue to get these southeasters, and Victoria is heading for drought also. Our catches last week were very good with plenty of Snapper but this week they were a lot quieter. Moses Perch have been in good numbers with Parrot, Pearl Perch, Hussar and Squire out East. The Northern grounds have produced mainly Trag Jew, Parrot, Pearl Perch, Frying Pan Snapper & Squire. It was great to have a lot of young ones on during the Hols and they had a ball, also saw Whales and Dolphins.
Till next week, Good Luck with the Wind.
